TRANSPORT SERVICES

At Priority Ambulance, the health and safety of our patients is our No. 1 priority.

That’s why we stock each of our Mercedes ambulances with the latest medical technology. In an emergency you and your loved ones deserve the best, and you can trust Priority Ambulance to provide the highest standard of emergency medical care available. We are prepared to respond to all of your emergency medical needs during transport.

Priority ambulances are also available for nonemergency transport to and from doctor’s appointments and assisted living facilities, as well as between hospitals and medical facilities. Our well-trained, caring professionals are certified emergency medical technicians (EMTs) or paramedics and will transport you with professionalism and a friendly smile. Our goal is to make your trip as comfortable and safe as possible.

Priority Ambulance has positioned itself as a national leader for clinical excellence in medical transport with cutting-edge equipment, well-appointed vehicles and caring staff.

We offer three different levels of medical transport:

BASIC LIFE SUPPORT

Basic Life Support (BLS) ambulance services are designed for nonemergency inter-facility transportation between hospitals, assisted living facilities or nursing homes and private homes, and pre-hospital response for ill or injured patients.

Each unit is staffed with two compassionate, licensed professionals. Our basic life support ambulances are outfitted by Demers Ambulances and American Emergency Vehicles (AEV), the leaders in medical technology.

ADVANCED LIFE SUPPORT

The Advanced Life Support (ALS) ambulance units have a minimum of one paramedic and one emergency medical technician. They are able to administer certain medications, and the ambulances have advanced equipment for ill or injured patients.

Priority Ambulance’s critical care ambulances are outfitted by Taylor Made Ambulances. Each ambulance is stocked with the latest in lifesaving equipment to ensure that you or your loved one receive the best available medical transport care.

CRITICAL CARE TRANSPORT

Priority Ambulance’s critical care ambulances are equipped with the latest lifesaving emergency technology to handle any situation that may arise when transporting critically ill patients. The paramedics who staff these vehicles have at least three years of experience handling critical care patients and are specially trained to administer the required level of care. Our staff provides the best emergency treatment possible from the moment we arrive to when we return the patient back into a physician’s care.

AMBULANCE SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM

To financially safeguard your family against unforeseen medical emergencies, Priority Ambulance offers any Annual Subscription Plan to cover out-of-pocket costs of any medically necessary transport by Priority Ambulance. Our subscription program is not health insurance and does not replace primary insurance. Health insurance, however, does not pay 100 percent of your bill. After the subscriber’s primary insurance is billed, a Priority Ambulance annual subscription will cover additional balances, deductibles or co-pays for services deemed medically necessary by a physician.
